Objective

Seeking experienced individual to lead newly started Special Ayurvedic Panchakarma OPD unit. Ideal candidate should be MBA or equivalent with 3+ years of experience, strong business acumen, financial understanding. Results-driven, capable of managing multidisciplinary team, dedicated to high-value customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure unit meets goals, aligns with organization's vision, delivers value to customers/stakeholders.
  • Manage center operations, strategic planning, initiative development, service delivery improvements.
  • Lead team: receptionists, medical officers, housekeeping, billing, accounting, social media, and marketing.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, meet customer/patient expectations.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media utilization.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance: budgeting, revenue generation, cost control.
  • Collaborate with other hospital departments for seamless operations, customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment.
Qualifications
  • MBA in healthcare or equivalent, or experience in wellness industry with 3 years' experience.
  • Knowledge of Ayurvedic principles/practices preferred.
  • Experience in insurance, mediclaim, or core operations/marketing domains preferred.
  • Leadership experience in healthcare or wellness setting advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, make sound decisions in fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies, social media platforms.
